History

The further training of engineers, technical specialists and managers has tradition at the VDI. We have been involved in this field since the 1950s. Here you can take a look back at our history.

2019 

Steady growth: We are proud of our 150 employees, who are organizing 2.600 events annually

2018 

We create new working environments! The relocation to our new work area began gradually at the beginning of the year, we commenced operations in different stages

2017 

• The range of our courses is growing! Already seven training courses for the specialist engineer VDI in the repertoire
• Creating something new together: Our employees develop an agile room concept in workshops and decide together how we would like to work in the future

2013 

We are facing the international market: setting up international events

2012 

Family is really important to us! Start of the cooperation with the PME Family Service

2011 

• Our trainees complete their exams as the best event managers in North Rhine-Westphalia (federal state in Germany)
• The first training course for the specialist engineer VDI with certification takes place

Our offer extends to conferences as meeting and networking events

Relocation to the VDI building in the Airport City Düsseldorf

Timo Taubitz becomes our new CEO
