What additional contractually stipulated costs are there besides the booth rent?
Apart from the stand rental, additional costs may arise for promotional materials (ad in the exhibitor catalog, colored logo, etc.) or extra electricity. These additional services can be found in the registration form of the respective event.
Is there a minimum size for an exhibition stand?
The minimum size for an exhibition stand is 6m².
Is there a maximum size for an exhibition stand?
At our standard events, stand sizes of 6 or 8 m² are standardized. Any stand sizes not depicted in the materials can be inquired about separately by email: fachausstellungen@vdi.de.
Does our company need exhibitor insurance?
Exhibitor insurance (liability) is mandatory if you wish to present as an exhibitor.
What services are included in the exhibitor package?
The exhibition price includes the stand rental, electricity consumption including connection and a conference ticket, which allows you to participate in the specialist lectures along with additional services (handout, coffee breaks, lunch, evening event, etc.). For selected events, when booking a complete stnd, the stand construction and initial furniture are also included.

What is an exhibitor pass?
The exhibitor pass only grants permission for stand supervision and participation in coffee breaks, lunch and the evening event. Participation in the lectures is not possible
What does a congress/seminar/conference ticket include?
The conference ticket includes participation in the specialist lectures along with conference documentation and attendance at coffee breaks, lunch and the evening event.
How high can the exhibition stand be built?
The basic construction height is 2.50m. Stands with a construction height > 2.50m require approval and must be individually assessed.
